Good idea, could use some improvements

I've been using this app for about a year. Overall, it'southward very piece of cake to add together value & use this app—there are a couple of things that stand out that concur it back from receiving five stars. It's supposed to permit you know when your laundry is complete. When this function works, it's Neat! I even go a fizz on my Apple tree Lookout man when it's paired, Only it seems like this office only works about half of the fourth dimension. Non sure why. The other matter that is very annoying is when you use the choice to check if machines on your flooring are in use—that'southward a swell feature to take, but it's poorly executed every bit it neither defaults to the floor in which I live, nor tin I Gear up information technology to default to my floor. Yes, I similar the pick of checking the availability on other floors in my 18 floor building, HOWEVER for the majority of the fourth dimension when I open up the app in preparation for doing my laundry I want to know the status on MY floor....instead I have to scroll through a listing to select my upper floor. Slap-up app but...

This app is really piece of cake to use, avoids the hassle of having to go to the banking concern to get quarters. Timing will start when machine starts and will let yous know when the washer is done and this is the trouble. It says washer is done and ready to use for someone else, when it finishes the first draining of water. Washer will not exist done. I live in a building complex (32+ tenants) where anybody is asked to keep an eye on your washers, and after 15mins of it stopping and you practise non take out your close, anyone else waiting to wash will remove them. People are going off the app that you're washer is done when in that location is still 15-20mins of it left to go.
2nd reason: you can check this app to see if anyone is washing before going down to the wash room with all your things which is cool, but if someone is washing that has payed with quarters it will non prove the in the app equally "beingness used" Information technology'll say all washers bachelor to wash.
Hoping those minor issues will shortly be stock-still only I will go along using this app. I wash more than ofttimes at present, my dress doesn't accumulate and I'm able to wash when ever I want, without worrying about having quarters.

Could be 5 stars if..

I would give this app 5 stars if it wasn't so glitchy, take a long time to connect, and had an option to add together more than 5 minutes at a time on the dryer. It'due south super like shooting fish in a barrel to use, simply annoying after using it and so much. It wouldn't be that large of a deal to use on a week trip somewhere, and the hotel had it, but to use information technology regularly for laundry is abrasive. I use the app one day a week, and accept to utilise it on 2 washers and 2+ dryers at a time (because these dryers are the best I have to carve up up the wearable and notwithstanding add time to get them shut to dry) and having to add on an additional 20 minutes on EACH dryer, by v minute increments is such a hurting. I'll be continuing in the laundry room for three+ minutes, simply waiting for the app to connect to the dryer, add the time, accept information technology, and load the main folio again. It's then annoying. It'd be so much easier to be able to just say "I want to add together 10 amount of minutes" and charge me for those minutes.
